Internet is good and for free

Terrible breakfast; poor behavior of front desk staff. They wanted me to pay for garage but you can see in Booked.net that parking is for free. I will try to avoid to stay in that hotel.

I believe the location to be excellent, centrally located for adventure on foot! The ability to soak in a hot bath was especially enjoyable after being on the road!

The street noise was not unbearable but enough that I had to close the windows, and that was after 10 pm. The bed comfort was average, the pillows the same. I thought about eating in the restuarant but when the ladies did not ask to seat me as I stood there, I went elsewhere in town, which was fine (maybe I was dressed too casually?)

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff here were absolutely amazing - so friendly, helpful, and always up for a chat. Even though my German isn't the best, they were able to assist me in English and made me feel so welcome. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to transportation and within walking distance of all the attractions I wanted to see. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent.

I highly recommend this hotel to families. It offers excellent service and amenities that cater to everyone's needs.

Outstanding location near the historic market area of Eisenach. The room and staff were pleasant. Easy internet access which was free.

Breakfast was excellent, but it was a bit pricey at 11 Euros, and it was not included in the price of the room as has become common at other hotels.

Great experience during my Xmas stay! The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to access all the tourist attractions. The breakfast was amazing and included in the price. The restaurant offered a variety of dishes and the bar was a nice touch. The room was large and modern.

The room had no air conditioning and could be a bit stuffy. the noise from the street could be heard even though the windows were double glazed.

This hotel had the perfect location for my Christmas trip. All the major city attractions were just a short walk away, which made getting around a breeze. the staff were also very friendly, and I liked that they offered a delicious three-course set menu for dinner at an affordable price. the room was also very big, with plenty of space to move around in.

We loved the central but quiet location, spacious and spotlessly clean rooms with a coffee machine, rich breakfast, and very professional and friendly staff. Hotel-owned parking was convenient, and the restaurant in the hotel was a big plus.

Nothing at all was a negative during our stay.
